Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately and we prorate your billing. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or your account reverts to the Free tier.

Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate. For example, the Pro plan is $199/month when billed annually instead of $249/month. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

The document library contains 688 ready-to-use compliance templates across all 33 frameworks. These include policies, processes, registers, and evidence templates. Templates are pre-filled with industry best practices and can be customized for your organization. Documents are unlocked for export only when all required fields are completed.

You select your data residency region at signup: Saudi Arabia / GCC, European Union / UK, or United States. All your data, including documents, uploads, and assessments, is stored exclusively in your chosen region. Enterprise customers can choose their region; other tiers are assigned based on your location or preference at signup.

Each plan includes a set number of user seats. If you need more users than your plan allows, you can upgrade to the next tier. Starter includes 3 users, Pro includes 10 users, and Enterprise offers unlimited users. Contact us if you need a custom arrangement.

Completion-gated export ensures that only fully completed compliance documents can be exported or shared via auditor links. This means every required field, assessment, and evidence attachment must be in place before a document is marked as exportable. This protects you from sharing incomplete or inaccurate compliance documentation with investors or auditors.

On the Pro plan and above, you can invite your compliance consultant with the Consultant role. They get full edit access to deliverables, assessments, and evidence uploads across your account. You remain the owner and control access at all times. Consultants can work with multiple client accounts and switch between them using the workspace switcher. There is no separate consultant license; they are invited into your existing plan.
